Umarjon Axmadjonovich Shamsiyev was born on February 24, 1985, into a white-collar family. In 1992, he was admitted to the first grade of the Vohid Zohidov School No. 146 in Tashkent. In 1996, having finished the 4th grade of that school, he entered the Gliere Music School in the same year and continued his studies there starting from the 5th grade. He studied the rubab-prima. He participated in music competitions and won honorable places.

In 2003, he successfully graduated from the Gliere Music School and was accepted into the first year of the Voice Directing faculty at the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan in the same year. In 2007, he successfully graduated from the State Conservatory of Uzbekistan.

He began his career as a singer in 2002 in the "Joziba" group. He continued his work in this group for 2 years. Since 2004, he has been continuing his career as a solo singer.

His first songs are "Hayolimda," "Yoshlikdagi sevgilim," "Sen o'zing," and "Eslaysanmu?". He continued his work with the songs "Yondi-Yondi," "Boraman," "Ona qadri," "Yurtim," "Ajoyib," "Ne foyda," and "So'ra-so'ra." In 2010, he sang his first duet song with Iroda Iraliyeva. The name of the song is "Qarab-qarab." In 2011, the song titled "Sensiz" was gifted to his fans.
